Raised in Alaska, Chris later moved to Washington, where a position at a carpet cleaning company sparked a lasting passion for the trade. As he mastered the art of carpet repair, he discovered a unique satisfaction in transforming damaged carpet into something both functional and beautiful—an experience that ultimately led him to start his own business in 1992.

Over the decades, Chris has founded and successfully sold multiple carpet cleaning companies, as well as a retail flooring shop. His reputation for quality and professionalism has allowed him to provide ongoing services for an exceptional clientele, including founders of Microsoft, Amazon, AT&T Cellular, and many other prominent families throughout the Puget Sound area.

Chris has built his career on delivering white-glove service in an industry where exceptional customer care is often missing. With 32 years of experience as a paralegal at the same firm, Tricia brings exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. She also helped raise our five wonderful children, showcasing her ability to manage multiple responsibilities with precision.
